The Lotus Pond

More and more of the site is finally getting moved over. The Tarot Reviews section is now here, along with a new review: The Daughters of the Moon Tarot.

I hope to add review of the following decks sometime within the next month:

• Lover’s Path Tarot
• Touchstone Tarot
• The Process audio book
• Maat Tarot
• Liber T Tarot
• Llewellyn Tarot

Approximately half of the Tarot section has been moved over.  My goal is to have everything here, and the old site properly redirected, by the end of March.  What can I say, when you have a toddler, things take a lot longer then they normally would.

While I may not be moving along quite as quickly as I would like, I have finally started the Tarot section. Actually, I started it a while ago but forgot to post about it. With luck, and a time machine, it should be finished up by February.

Problems with the navigation menu have also been fixed. Apparently the newest code for the ShareThis plugin broke the menu. So, ShareThis has now be removed until it there is a fix.

After months of work, the Wicca section of The Lotus Pond is almost back up.  I just have a few more articles from the Rant section to post, and everything will be done.  Then it is on to the Tarot section.

Once the Wicca section is complete, I will have the old pages forward to the new pages.

I’ve also changed the site’s look.  The theme still needs a bit of tweaking, but I am happy with the over all appearance.  Let me know what you think using my contact form.

It is taking a bit longer then I antcipated to rebuild The Lotus Pond in Word Press.  I’ve been busy with the baby, work, stitching, etc.  But The Pond will be back in fight form soon.

The Cross Stitch section is complete, and the Wicca section is about 1/3 of the way finished.  Once I have transfer everything over, the old pages will redirect to the new pages.  I will also be looking into a new theme that is a bit more intuitive, and a little less white.

Construction on the new Lotus Pond is coming along well.  The pages that are now available on the new site can be found in the Contents section in the left-hand sidebar.  As in the previous post, everything is still available through the old links too.

As I’m moving the articles over to the new site, I am also revamping them.  I’ve fixed some spelling mistakes, clarified a few things, and deleted a couple of things too.  Overall, my message hasn’t really changed.  I’m just trying to make everything more concise and true to what I believe.

Also note that the contact form is functioning again.  Send me a note with an suggestions or comments.  I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Okay, seriously, this is it this time.  Really… assuming everything works out okay.

The Lotus Pond will be switching over to Word Press as time allows.  All old pages are still available through direct links.  Here’s where you can access articles for the time being:
