Gone in 2006

Last night, at about 10:05 pm EST, Saddam Hussein was executed in Iraq by the Iraqi justice system. So, now that the boogie man of the last 15 years is gone, will the world change for the better? Will the war in Iraq end? Are we finally safer? I can guess they answers to these questions, and that only makes my prayers for a more peaceful world even more fervent.
