		<description>You can fast thaw a turkey (or any other meat for that matter) in a sink or bowl full of cold water. I change the water every hour or so.

I also don&#039;t bother with cooking on Christmas, IMHO it&#039;s not a holiday if I have to spend the whole day cooking. We order a pan of lasagna from our favorite Italian place. Pick it up Christmas Eve and just pop it in the oven Xmas day and 1-1/2 hours later dinner is ready. :) Home made food without being home made by me. 

Best thing I probably ever bought for my kitchen is a Le Crusset pot. Love it to death, it&#039;s an investment - but it&#039;s been worth every penny.

Baby Man is adorable - I loved it when my little guy was in the car phase. So easy to buy for!
